Applications Open for STEM Garden Positions!

You can apply to be a tutor, course instructor, local manager, state director, or a social media manager. Tutors are responsible for meeting with local students one-on-one in person or over Skype to provide free homework or classroom help in STEM subjects of their choice. Course instructors are responsible for either putting together curriculum or teaching the STEM Garden's curriculum at courses at their local elementary and middle schools, libraries, community centers, etc. Instructors can schedule how often they would like to teach a course. Courses include but are not limited to: coding, robotics, business/entrepreneurship, chemistry, physics, etc. Local managers are responsible for helping course instructors set up sessions at schools and other centers. They also are responsible for assigning tutors to students as well as teaching their own courses. State directors are responsible for assisting any local managers who need help, organizing state wide events such as Day of Code, Women in Tech Workshops, etc, and teaching courses. Social Media Managers are in charge of running our website, instagram, and twitter. If you have any questions please reach out to thestemgarden@gmail.com.
